Got a question about our 3D printed goodies? You're probably not the first to ask — here are the answers to what we get asked most.

Products & Materials

Are your products really 3D printed?

Yes! Every piece is designed and printed by us in Australia using PLA filament (a durable, eco-friendly plastic made from renewable materials like corn starch). Because each item is printed rather than mass-manufactured, you might notice fine layer lines — that's just part of the 3D printing process, not a flaw.

Is the material safe?

PLA is a low-odour, non-toxic plastic commonly used in 3D printing. That said, our pieces are decorative items and are not designed or tested as children's toys, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets.

How do I look after my piece?

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from high heat (like a hot car or a sunny windowsill) — PLA can soften or warp in extreme heat. A soft, dry cloth is all you need to keep it dust-free.

Can I request a custom colour?

Sometimes! If you're after a specific colour or a tweak to an existing design, send us a message at elephantandfoxau@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because most pieces are printed to order, please allow a little processing time before your order ships. Once it's on its way, delivery times will depend on your location. If you need something by a specific date, message us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

We're based in Australia and ship domestically. If you're outside Australia and would like to order, reach out to us first at elephantandfoxau@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order is on its way. If you haven't heard from us and are wondering where your order is at, just get in touch.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email us at elephantandfoxau@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll sort it out with you as quickly as we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since most pieces are printed specifically for your order, we can only make changes or cancellations before printing has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust something.
